Verovatno jedan od najmastovitije razradjenih likove od strane Lukas Arts kompanije. Njegovo ime je autor smislio sasvim slucajno: guy + brush, sto je rezultovalo njegovim izgledom. Prezime Threepwood je dobio zbog poznate, engleske, plemicke loze Threepwood-ovih.
Jedni od najinteresantnijih likova, sa kojima se on susrece u mnogim delovima Monkey Island-a su: agent za nekretnine / prodavac polovnih grobova i brodova Sten, mrtvacka lobanja Marej i dr.
