Глагол у Србији углавном познат као сељачки назив за секс.
Његово право коришћење је многострано, то је уствари универзалан глагол који користе старији људи са југа Србије када желе да ураде нешто, а не могу се сетити правог глагола.
Пример:
Баба каже унуку: Ајде Стефи синко иди оноди супу.

Овде онодити може значити: промешати супу, пробати супу, додати вегету, бибер, склонити са рингле, поставити за сто итд.
