Dođu kad se najmanje nadaš, ne žališ se, sve dok se ne pojave simptomi (hronološki poređani): besparica, zent na žurkama, stres, umor, bol u kukovima, očinstvo. U najgorim slučajevima ova bolest se završava gubitkom bračnog imetka što može prouzrokovati i gubitak razuma.
