- A group of troops of the Russian Armed Forces, continuing successful offensive operations, penetrated 2 kilometers deep into the defense of the 95th airborne assault brigade of the Ukrainian armed forces and reached the southern outskirts of NOVOSELOVKA.
Units of the Luhansk People's Republic advanced 5 kilometers during the offensive, captured the settlements of Ivanovka, NOVOSADOVOE and reached the border of Novyublino, TERNI.
- Aircraft and air defense systems of the Russian aerospace forces shot down in the air during the day four Su-24 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force flew over the Chernihiv region, two of them in the Repka area, and two more in the Gorodnya area.
One Ukrainian Su-27 fighter jet was shot down near Kramatorsk, Donetsk region.

- During the day on March 27, operational-tactical aircraft and missile forces hit 36 military facilities in Ukraine.
Among them: two command posts, two anti-aircraft missile systems, one multiple launch rocket system installation, three ammunition depots and two fuel and lubricants depots, and 23 areas of concentration of Ukrainian military equipment.
- In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, 308 unmanned aerial vehicles and 1,713 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 170 multiple rocket launchers, 715 field artillery and mortar guns, as well as 1,557 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed.'

'The food situation in Kharkov is good. I estimate >85% of the population has left. So although no goods are coming in, the goods here are enough for everyone. Supermarkets open on a rotating basis, announced online every morning. No meats/fish, few veggies.'
